Modular 3 Homes Type: Custom Home Size: 2158 sqft Location: San Jose, CA Style: Traditional Method: Modular
The Project: These three homes are all based on the same floor plans but each with different exterior facades and interior finishes. Unit 1 will be on the corner and have a detached garage accessible from the side street while Units 2 & 3 will have the garages set behind the home but accessible from the front.

Each home consists of four boxes, two up and two below with the exterior porch and rear decks being built in the factory as well.
