Valley Home Development provides development services primarily for individuals and small groups interested in residential in-fill properties and small subdivisions as investments to hold or resell at market rates. We are a licensed dealer for manufactured/modular housing (and primarily use these products in our projects). We created this alliance with the manufactures as a means of decreasing building cycles, creating consistency in the finished product and ultimately controlling costs to build.
