The Valley Home Team:

Steve has been involved with the construction industry for over 18 years. He was a partner in a San Francisco based commercial communications and electrical contracting company before starting a software company he later sold to Textron, a Fortune 500 company. After that he turned his interest towards Real Estate Development, partnering with a General Contractor doing investment development. After three years with them he decided to go in a different direction using factory built housing to decrease project cycles & save costs, so he started Valley Home Development. Steve is also a licensed General Contractor.

Nikki has been working in the field of Real Estate sales and finance for the last five years. She is a tremendous asset since she is well versed in the areas of construction finance and land acquisition. She has done marketing, business administration and sales for both sides of the Real Estate businesses and has spent a great deal of time assisting with Land Development projects over the last two years. Nikki carries the Manufactured Home dealer license.

Over the past 15 years Dianne has helped homeowners and investors realize their residential real estate goals. Dianne is a certified EcoBroker and focuses on Green, Eco-friendly homes and is committed to bringing sustainable housing to the average buyer. Dianne also carries a Manufactured Home sellers license.

Ruben comes to us with a wealth of experience in factory built housing. He has worked on the production line as well as servicing homes post installation prior to starting his own construction company doing close-ups on new installations. He currently oversees construction projects with us for both factory and site built homes. Ruben is a licensed General Contractor with the state of California.

Jaime also comes to us with quite a bit of experience in factory built homes. He has worked on the production line as well as doing field repairs on installed homes. He has spent the last two years working as a forman for VHD projects leading all aspects of site related tasks for both factory built and site built homes.

Roberto is a licensed Civil Engineer who obtained his degree from California Polytechnic State University (CAL POLY) as well as his Masters Degree in Business Administration from St. Marys college. He is a valuable resource in our development team working on all aspects of structural design asn well as building efficiency and energy conservation as a LEED certified engineer.
