The Project:

This couple had some really specific goals with this house since they are planning on living here and raising their family. Being a daughter of an established Bay Area custom home builder, has given her lots of insight to the building process and she wanted to go about this in a different way. After meeting with us, they both felt that our way of building would suit their needs perfectly. The resulting design utilizes Modular pieces to complete the lower floor and we will site build the upper level since there are so many shed dormers and a large front gable that is two stories tall.
